LXAMR-J1000/J1500 3D SLAM Mobile Robot

The LXAMR-J1000 is a 3D SLAM autonomous mobile robot designed for efficient and precise material handling in industrial and logistics environments. Measuring 1045 × 745 × 275 mm and weighing 355 kg with battery, it supports a rated load of 1000 kg (J1500: 1500 kg) while maintaining a compact profile for agile navigation. With a top lift height of 55 mm, it is ideal for pallet transport and low-clearance loading tasks in warehouses, manufacturing sites, and automated distribution centers.

Equipped with advanced 3D SLAM natural navigation, the LXAMR-J1000 achieves centimeter-level accuracy while safely operating in dynamic environments. Its obstacle-avoidance system combines multiple 3D LiDAR sensors with a bumper, reset button, and emergency stop for maximum operational safety. The robot delivers stable speeds up to 1.5 m/s, whether in autonomous missions or integrated fleet operations, ensuring reliable throughput for continuous workflows.

Power comes from a lithium iron phosphate 50 Ah battery, supporting both manual and autonomous charging. A full recharge takes less than one hour, providing 5–8 hours of runtime to maximize uptime in 24/7 environments. Factory configurations include standard duty and high-load versions, with options for extended battery capacity and enhanced navigation sensors. Accessories such as charging docks, payload expansion modules, and integration kits are offered separately to extend flexibility and performance.
