Payment and delivery methods

At GEHT Marketplace, we prioritise streamlined and secure payment and delivery arrangements for the convenience of our customers.

Payment methods

Upon placing an order at GEHT Marketplace, you have the option to pay via wire transfer or credit card. For orders using wire transfer, a "Pro Forma Invoice" will be sent to your registered email. This invoice details your order, including payment and order specifics, seller contact information, and precise shipping and expected ship date information.

For credit card payments, the transaction is processed immediately. Following this, a "Payment & Order Summary" will be emailed to you, containing comprehensive details of your order similar to the Pro Forma invoice.

The GEHT Marketplace Safe Payment Process safeguards the integrity of your transaction. We retain the purchase payment in a secure impound account until you have received, inspected, and approved the goods. The entire order and delivery process is automated, enabling tracking and management via the Buyer’s dashboard.

Delivery methods

The shipment method usually selected by the seller is F.C.A. Origin, although other methods commonly used in the industry may also be chosen. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, while sellers handle the packaging expenses..
