We offer the option for customers to request a return and a refund should the product received not align with the description, arrive damaged, or have missing components. Our commitment is to deliver excellence and ensure your utmost satisfaction with every transaction.
You have a 5-business-day window from the time of delivery to inspect the product and ensure it matches the product listing description. If you do not report discrepancies within this period to both the seller and GEHT Marketplace, it will be taken as your acceptance of the product as is.
If you find that the product does not conform to the description, you must promptly submit a GEHT Marketplace Return Material Authorisation (RMA) report within the return period. This report should be sent to both the seller and to GEHT Marketplace at support@gehtmarketplace.com. We provide buyers with an RMA report template, which is included alongside the order confirmation and invoice documents.
The seller is responsible for the return shipping charges. You should agree on the shipping details with the seller before returning the product. The product should be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Once the seller confirms that they have received the returned product, GEHT Marketplace will process your refund. The original deposit amount will be credited back to your bank account within 10 business days. Initial delivery charges are not refunded unless a separate agreement has been made with the seller.
