The LXE20‑B is an advanced outdoor counterbalance forklift designed for autonomous handling, intelligent loading, and stacking. It offers seamless switching between automatic and manual modes, making it versatile for tasks such as automatic loading/unloading at docks and wing vans, material cage stacking, production line transfers, and other outdoor operations.

Built for robust performance, the LXE20‑B measures 3365 × 1325 × 2800 mm and includes the battery in its 3665 kg total weight. It supports a 2 ton rated load, is powered by a 48 V/300 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery that charges fully in under 2 hours and delivers 5–8 hours of runtime. The forklift achieves up to 8 km/h when unloaded (7 km/h loaded), handles gradients up to 15%, and has precise navigation control with ±20 mm walking precision and ±10 mm stopping precision.

Equipped with natural navigation via 3D SLAM using multi‑LiDAR sensors, the LXE20‑B delivers real‑time, millimeter‑level accuracy in complex outdoor environments. It features tri‑color warning lights, side‑mounted lights, fork‑tip collision protection, emergency stop, reset button, bumpers, and both 2D and 3D LiDAR for obstacle avoidance. Its intelligent AI anomaly detection and hybrid solid‑state LiDAR enable precise stacking control within ±5 mm, ensuring high safety and efficiency.
