LXL20-B Stacker AGV

The LXL20-B is a high-performance unmanned pallet stacker designed to enhance modern intralogistics. With a rated load of 1,600 kg and a maximum lift height of 3.0 m, it combines strength with precision handling. Its 3D SLAM natural navigation system delivers centimeter-level accuracy without the need for reflectors, ensuring reliable operations even in dynamic warehouse environments. The vehicle integrates fork tip protection, tri-color status lighting, and a complete safety suite with emergency stop, reset button, bumper, and advanced 2D/3D LiDAR obstacle avoidance.

Optimised for productivity, the stacker runs on a lithium iron phosphate battery (24 V, 210 Ah) that charges fully in under two hours and provides 4–8 hours of continuous runtime. With a top travel speed of 1.5 m/s, it maintains high efficiency in pallet handling while minimizing downtime. Its durable build and smooth operation make it an excellent solution for intensive logistics applications requiring stable throughput.

The LXL20-B can be tailored to different operational needs with factory-set configurations covering LiDAR sensor levels, communication modules, speed settings, and operating modes. Accessories such as charging stations, enhanced safety sensors, and software interface modules are available separately to extend functionality and adapt to specific warehouse management systems.
