The LS400S3 hybrid solid-state LiDAR is a high-performance 3D sensing solution developed by Leishen Intelligent, integrating a self-developed 1550 nm fibre laser for enhanced safety and reliability. It adopts the Time-of-Flight (ToF) ranging method, enabling precise detection of people, animals, vehicles, tyres, and falling objects across diverse applications. With up to 1.85 million data points per second and ultra-fine angular resolution, the LS400S3 delivers accurate distance and 3D profile information, making it suitable for both industrial deployments and advanced driver assistance systems.

The LS400S3 offers a wide 120° horizontal field of view and 25° vertical field of view, supporting frame rates of 5 FPS and 10 FPS depending on configuration. It achieves a detection range from 1.5 m up to 250 m with ±2 cm accuracy, ensuring consistent performance in complex environments. The automotive version features optimized non-uniform vertical resolution for fine target recognition at long range, ideal for seamless integration into vehicle rooflines or bumpers, while the industrial version provides flexible deployment with robust environmental resistance for logistics, robotics, and smart infrastructure.
