ZWLD-01 is a 16-beam, explosion-proof 360° LiDAR built for hazardous areas and continuous outdoor duty. It uses a 905 nm Class 1 eye-safe laser and Time-of-Flight ranging to deliver ±3 cm accuracy from 70 m up to 200 m, with 320k pts/s in single-echo or 640k pts/s in dual-echo. A −15° to +15° vertical field with uniform 2° channel spacing captures rich geometry while the horizontal angular resolution adapts with motor speed: 0.09° at 5 Hz, 0.18° at 10 Hz, or 0.36° at 20 Hz. The enclosure is rated Ex d IIC T6 Gb and IP67 for dust and water ingress protection.

Integration is straightforward: 9–32 V DC power, Fast-Ethernet UDP/IP data, PPS/GPS for time sync, and optional PTP/gPTP. Default network settings ship preconfigured, and Leishen’s Windows point-cloud client or ROS driver provide quick bring-up, visualization, and parameter access. Dimensions are Ø 180 mm × 110.4 mm; shock and vibration robustness meet 500 m/s², 11 ms and 5–2000 Hz, 3 G rms, respectively.
