Leishen Intelligent LS160S3 Hybrid Solid-State LiDAR

The LS160S3-T hybrid solid-state LiDAR is designed for high-performance 3D perception across both industrial and automotive applications. Using a self-developed 1550 nm fibre laser, it ensures long-range detection with eye-safe Class 1 operation, reaching up to 250 m at 10% reflectivity with ±2 cm accuracy. Its advanced ToF ranging mechanism enables precise identification of people, vehicles, animals, tyres, and small obstacles, making it suitable for environments that demand high safety and reliability.

Built with flexibility in mind, the LS160S3-T supports multiple vertical field-of-view modes with resolutions adapted to different scenarios. It offers a 120° horizontal FOV and up to 160 laser beams, producing dense and accurate point clouds for mapping, navigation, and object detection. The LiDAR withstands demanding environments with an IP6K9K protection rating, -40℃ to +85℃ operating temperature range, and proven resistance to shock and vibration. Time synchronisation is supported through GPS, PTP, and gPTP, ensuring data accuracy in complex multi-sensor systems.

Factory variants are available with Industrial Ethernet or Automotive Ethernet interfaces, each optimised for their respective use cases.
