CH256X1 is a hybrid solid‑state 256‑channel LiDAR built for harsh, high‑shock environments. It delivers up to ±3 cm accuracy with a 120° (horizontal) × 40° (vertical) field of view, Class 1 eye‑safe 905 nm lasers, and IP67 protection in a compact ≤ 2 kg housing (154 × 105.8 × 100 mm). Two factory ranges are offered: 200 m at 10% reflectivity and 450 m at 70% reflectivity. Operating temperature is −40 °C to +55 °C, with shock 500 m/s² (11 ms) and vibration 5–2000 Hz, 3 G rms.

Data streaming uses Gigabit Industrial Ethernet (1000 Base‑TX) with MSOP/DIFOP protocols, and precise timing via gPTP (GPS timing also supported). Default scanning is 10 Hz or 20 Hz; horizontal angular resolution is 0.1°/0.2° on the 200 m model and 0.25°/0.5° on the 450 m model; vertical angular resolution is 0.156°. Power input is 9–36 V DC (24 V recommended).
