The 976DC880220-S is a high-power 976 nm fiber-coupled diode laser module engineered for demanding fiber laser pumping applications. Delivering up to 900 W of optical output, this device combines high brightness with stable spectral performance, centered around 977.5 nm with a narrow spectral width of approximately 6–7 nm. Its optimized optical design ensures efficient coupling within a 0.18 NA, supporting consistent energy delivery into high-power fiber systems while maintaining excellent back-reflection isolation across a wide wavelength range.

Built on a robust multi-emitter architecture, the module achieves a conversion efficiency exceeding 50%, enabling reduced electrical consumption and improved system-level efficiency. The fiber configuration, featuring a ~220 μm core and 0.22 NA supports high-power transmission with minimal loss, while maintaining reliable beam quality. Designed for operation at currents up to 32 A and voltages around 53 V, the device is optimised for stable long-term performance under industrial operating conditions.
