X Photonics 915 nm, 15 W laser diode

The 915V15105 is a 15 W, 915 nm fiber-coupled high-power diode laser engineered by X Photonics for fiber laser pumping and direct diode applications. Built on a single-emitter COS-coupled architecture, it delivers high optical stability and consistent beam quality through a 105 µm core fiber with 0.22 NA, ensuring efficient coupling and reliable operation across a range of industrial laser systems.

Designed for demanding environments, the 915V15105 operates with a typical efficiency of 48% and maintains wavelength stability across its 900–930 nm emission range. It withstands operating temperatures from 15 °C to 50 °C, supported by robust thermal management to minimise wavelength drift and extend device lifetime. Its hermetically sealed, metallised package provides 30 dB back-reflection isolation (1040–1200 nm), protecting the diode from feedback while maintaining stable output in high-power operation.

This module is ideal for fiber laser pumping, medical, and direct infrared heating systems, where compact design, electrical efficiency, and beam reliability are critical.
