The TRUMPF 30 W, 977 nm Single Emitter Array (CEDAR-300 µm) is a high-performance bare diode bar engineered for demanding industrial and scientific laser systems. Operating at a nominal wavelength of 977 nm, each emitter is optimised for stable continuous-wave output with a recommended optical power of 30 W, enabling precise and efficient optical pumping and direct diode applications. The design emphasises consistent electro-optic performance, delivering a typical conversion efficiency of 63% under controlled thermal conditions.

This unmounted linear array consists of 19 discrete emitters with a 300 µm stripe width, fabricated to support downstream processing and integration flexibility. Tight control over cavity length, chip geometry and polarisation characteristics ensures predictable beam behavior and repeatable system-level results in high-power environments.

Designed as a processing-ready semiconductor component, the CEDAR-300 µm array is intended to be separated into individual emitters prior to final use, allowing customization for a wide range of laser architectures. Its balance of optical power, efficiency, and manufacturability makes it a strong foundation for scalable, high-reliability laser solutions.
