Leishen Intelligent CH16R LiDAR

SLIDAR CH16R is a compact 16‑channel mechanical LiDAR built for 360° 3D scanning with Class 1 eye‑safe 905 nm lasers. It reaches up to 120 m on 70% reflectivity (30 m at 10%), delivers ±3 cm accuracy with ±1 cm precision, and sustains 320k pts/s in single echo or 640k pts/s in dual echo at 5/10/20 Hz rotation. The vertical FOV spans ~2.5°–52.8° with 360° horizontal coverage, protected by an IP67 housing for –20 °C to +60 °C operation. Dimensions are Ø100 × 110 mm at ~1 kg.

Designed for seamless integration, CH16R uses 100 Base‑TX Ethernet and UDP MSOP/DIFOP protocols, with default device IP 192.168.1.200 and ports 2368/2369. It supports GPS PPS, external PPS, and gPTP for sub‑second timestamping and UTC alignment, simplifying fusion with GNSS/IMU. Typical power draw is 10 W from a wide 12–32 V input, with guidance for clean supply and startup current; IP67 sealing and vibration/shock ratings suit mobile and industrial deployments. Windows point‑cloud client and a ROS driver are provided for quick bring‑up and visualization.

Configure single or dual echo, 5/10/20 Hz motor speed, unicast/broadcast/multicast, PPS alignment angle, and network parameters via the host software or UCWP. Standard package includes an adapter cable; optional extension cable, interface box with GPS socket, and GPS sync board are available. For hot environments or prolonged sun exposure above ~38 °C, a heatsink or cooling solution is recommended.
