Leishen CH32R is a 32‑beam mechanical LiDAR that delivers true 360° 3D scanning using a 905 nm ToF engine, eye‑safe Class 1 optics, and robust IP67 sealing. It reaches up to 120 m on 70% reflectivity with ±3 cm accuracy and ±1 cm precision, making it a solid fit for robotics, intelligent transportation, ADAS R&D, logistics, mapping, and security applications. Dimensions are Ø100 mm × 110 mm, weight 1 kg.

Performance scales with selectable 5/10/20 Hz rotation, yielding horizontal resolutions of 0.09°/0.18°/0.36° and a vertical FOV from 2.487° to 89.105° with minimum 2.61° vertical angular resolution. Single‑echo produces ~640 k pts/s; dual‑echo doubles to ~1.28 M pts/s. Power draw is 12 W typical (≤25 W max), operating temperature −20 °C to +60 °C. Communications run over Fast Ethernet with UDP MSOP/DIFOP/UCWP protocols plus PPS/GPS inputs; gPTP timing is supported for nanosecond‑level sync. Operating voltage is +12 V to +32 V DC.

Configure CH32R for 5/10/20 Hz motor speed, unicast/broadcast/multicast networking, GPS or PTP time source, and single/dual‑echo modes via the Windows Upper Computer Platform or ROS driver. Standard cabling includes an adapter cable with RJ45 and DC power; optional extension cable, interface box with GPS port, and a GPS sync board are available. Ethernet can be 100 Base‑TX or 100 Base‑T1, and PPS alignment angle is user‑settable. Accessories such as heat‑sink solutions are recommended for sustained high‑temperature use.
