Leishen Intelligent LS500W1 image-grade 1550nm Auto-grade LiDAR

LS500W1 is a hybrid solid-state LiDAR built around a self-developed 1,550 nm fiber laser (Class 1 eye-safe) for medium- to long-range 3D sensing. It delivers a 2–150 m detection span, with 2–60 m specified at 10% reflectivity, ±2 cm range accuracy and 3,750,000 points per second for high-detail perception. The sensor provides a 73° vertical by 120° horizontal field of view with 0.155° × 0.146° angular resolution at 10 frames per second, enabling reliable detection of people, vehicles, tires and falling objects.

Engineered for rugged duty, LS500W1 operates from −40 °C to +85 °C, draws ≤40 W from a 9–36 V DC supply, and is qualified to IP 6K9K with shock at 500 m/s² (11 ms) and vibration to 5–2000 Hz, 3 G rms. The unit integrates an industrial Ethernet interface and supports GPS, Precision Time Protocol and Generalized Precision Time Protocol time synchronization for precise timestamping. Dimensions are 270 × 160 × 80 mm with mass ≤3 kg.

LS500W1 outputs UDP MSOP point data and DIFOP device status with documented packet formats to streamline integration on Windows or ROS/Linux; default networking is 192.168.1.200 with fixed UDP ports (2368/2369). Configuration is available via the Windows client or UCWP, including Ethernet settings and frame parameters.
