The LS25D model is specifically tailored for fixed-point detection at the track end, boasting a broad field of view of 120°×25°. It offers exceptional resolution capabilities, able to detect small objects as little as 20×20 cm from a distance of up to 200 meters, with precision settings of 0.0311°×0.05°. This feature ensures clear and accurate identification of external obstacles. In contrast, the LS25E is designed for installation on trains. It has a detection range of 1.5m to 300m (with effective detection up to 250m at 10% reflectivity), an accuracy of ±2cm, and operates at a frame rate of 10 to 20 FPS. The device is characterized by a low false alarm rate, thereby providing train operators or traffic management systems with additional time for safety measures.
