The TSS65XY-1 is a 2-axis crossed-roller stage combining two side-drive axes (X and Y), each with ±12.5 mm travel and micrometer drives (10 µm resolution). Cross-roller bearings provide smooth, backlash-reduced motion with high rigidity. Suited to compact XY alignment, scanning and multi-axis positioning tasks.
