The TSS60XY-05 is a two-axis (XY) crossed-roller translation stage combining two side-drive X and Y axes, each with ±6.5 mm travel and 10 µm micrometer drive. It is suited for compact XY positioning in micro-optics, nanopositioning, and inspection systems requiring small ranges and high rigidity.
