The TSS60-series is a high-precision cross-roller linear translation stage with a 60 × 60 mm platform and ±6.5 mm travel (13 mm total). It uses side (lateral) drive via a 10 µm-resolution micrometer. Its crossed-roller guide design affords high rigidity, low friction, and a straightness tolerance of ±7.5 µm. Ideal for small-scale precision positioning, optical alignment, micro-motion in compact systems.
