The TCS120XY is a 2-axis crossed-roller translation stage combining two TCS120X units in a stacked XY configuration. Each axis provides ±25 mm travel with 10 µm micrometer resolution and ±10 µm straightness. Crossed-roller bearings deliver smooth, backlash-free motion.
